Wharton Construction Department - Plumbing Subcode Official Part-Time Temporary Position
Temporary Plumbing Sub Code Official with and HHS License. That person would be needed from November 22, 2025 until February 1, 2026. The time and hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 4:30 although the time frame can be adjusted. Full-time Plumbing Inspector (10-21-25)
Jackson Township (Civil Service Jurisdiction)
Applicants must possess a valid license issued by the State of New Jersey as an ICS plumbing inspector.
It is preferred that the applicant possess an HHS plumbing inspectors license and a Plumbing Subcode Official License. Or working towards obtaining one. Must have a working knowledge of the adopted plumbing subcode. Applicants should understand the code requirements for construction for both new construction and the rehabilitation of existing structures.
Experience with SDL is a plus. Valid driver’s license required.

Morristown Plumbing Subcode Official Part-Time Temporary Position
Plumbing Subcode Official vacancy for approximately 10 to 12 weeks. The position is up to 25 hours per week, and the rate of pay is $50 per hour. Workdays and hours are flexible but must be during the work week. This position is open from 11/17/2025 to the middle of February 2026.
